ANDREW CLEVENGER
Andrew Clevenger contributes years of experience in the Finance arena for the Automotive Industry. After serving six years in the US Army Aviation he found his strength and passion for the automotive retail business after working at a large volume retail operation.
He uses this experience to help Gulfstream Partners’ dealers increase their finance gross per copy and realize their full revenue potential. Andrew’s role with Gulfstream includes servicing, training, and sales. He resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his family.

DAVID MALDONADO
David Maldonado brings a wealth of knowledge having served over 12 years in a high line dealership. He had roles in service, sales, and finally as Finance Director.
David brings through his previous roles a knowledge of real world tools to help Gulfstream Partners’ dealers run more effectively and efficiently while increasing profitability. David lives in Atlanta with his wife, Laura, and their daughter, Charlie.
REGIONAL FINANCE DIRECTOR
BRIAN GILL
Brian joined the auto industry in 2000 and has spent much of his career as a Finance Director for a variety of manufacturers. Before joining Gulfstream Partners, he served as Regional Account Manager for a large captive finance company and received accolades as the top F&I producer in the nation for seven consecutive years.
With more than 20 years of finance experience, Brian utilizes his knowledge and clear communication skills to provide dealer partners with effective Advanced F&I income development opportunities. Brian helps dealers maximize their F&I income, product penetration, and compliance which allows them to exceed expectations in their short and long-term goals. Brian currently resides in the West Palm Beach, FL area with his family.
INCOME DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
ANTHONY SCHLOTTHAUER
Anthony has a diverse financial background. Entering the auto industry in 1987, he worked his way up from parts driver to F&I director. Anthony was recognized nationwide as a top producer in F&I. While working for a large automotive group as F&I director, he was also responsible for improving performance for the companies F&I managers at twenty-nine stores. Anthony was also a top producing mortgage banker while managing a large firm. During that time he was able to provide both debt and equity for large commercial real estate projects. This was achieved through relationships with private equity, hedge funds, and capital management companies.
Anthony lives in Florida with his wife and children.

CINDY BELL
Cindy serves as Controller for Gulfstream Partners and has been with the company since 2021. In this role, she has overall responsibility of financial reporting activities for Gulfstream Partners. She has a diverse business and accounting background through her tenure with several large organizations, including the United States Marine Corps and AIG. Her experience in strategic planning, as well as business growth and development continues to assist Gulfstream with achieving our goals of reporting net profit improvements year over year.
Cindy has a business degree from Georgia State University and lives in North Georgia with her family.

JESSICA TAYLOR
Jessica is Director of Human Resources at Gulfstream Partners. She has been with Gulfstream since its founding. Jessica has a wealth of experience in inside and outside sales, business development, and human resource development. She is proud of helping facilitate Gulfstream Partner’s rise to next level excellence in F & I.
Jessica is a graduate of the University of Georgia and mother to 9-year old twins.
OFFICE MANAGER
CLAIRE PARKER
Claire Parker joined the Gulfstream Partners’ team in August 2018 as our Administrative Assistant. Claire's role is very versatile and requires flexibility.
Her responsibilities include general administrative assistance, various projects to support the team, providing input on office policies and procedures, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks, errands, and assignments.
